Prevention and control measures (i) Before resuming work 1. Notification arrangements for staff to go to work: Notify staff in the WeChat group of the time to return to work. 3. Prepare relevant disinfection materials and equipment: The company is a biomedical enterprise and has its own disinfection solution and forehead thermometer already purchased. 4. Pre-disinfection arrangements for the site: all areas of the company will be fully disinfected one or two days before the resumption of work. 5. Emergency quarantine site preparation: use the company's unused office. (ii) After resumption of work 1. Training arrangements for epidemic prevention knowledge: Training of staff on epidemic prevention knowledge in the WeChat group before resumption of work. 2. Temperature measurement and disinfection arrangement: Hand disinfection is carried out at the gatehouse when entering the company, and temperature measurement is carried out. Those whose temperature exceeds 37.2℃ must go to the designated temporary isolation room for isolation and observation. 3. Arrangements for wearing masks: masks have been purchased for the staff and must be worn at work, masks are changed once a day at noon and discarded masks are disposed of in a designated place. 4. Disinfection measures: 84 disinfectant mopping, alcohol spraying of tables, chairs, benches and equipment. 5. Hand-washing arrangements: Supervise staff to wash their hands regularly and equip the hand-washing station with hand-washing liquid. 6. Meal and toilet arrangements: wash hands before meals, staff eat in sections, one person at a table, cutlery are disinfected with high temperature in the disinfection cabinet; toilets are sprayed with 84 disinfectant more than two times a day. 7. Air-conditioning and heating equipment management arrangements: no air conditioning in the office, keep ventilation. 8. Garbage disposal measures: the bins in the factory are touched twice a day with 84 disinfectant, and the masks are sprayed with 75% alcohol for centralized treatment, in accordance with the implementation of medical waste disposal. 9. Staff activity management measures: work in their respective offices, try to communicate by telephone, do not go out at will, no two people close to chat, staff roster see annex. 10. Measures to deal with unexpected cases: send to designated hospitals for medical treatment. 11. No outsiders or vehicles are allowed to enter the company: all visitors and vehicles are parked at the main entrance of the company and materials are disinfected before entering the company. 12. All employees must strictly follow the requirements of the national and Wuhan local government departments, and must fill in their personal information truthfully, and actively cooperate with government departments in the supervision and inspection of epidemic prevention and control.
